Lunch will be included while women from across the Charlotte financial sector come together to network and dive in the Working Genius. Instead of a focus on the individual, the Working Genius framework puts the focus on the work. More specifically, the 6 phases of getting work done. You’ll learn for yourself & your team which tasks energize, which gradually drain energy, and which are a fast track to burnout. In addition to individual assessments, this workshop includes a user friendly & practical overview of the framework and interactive exercises to see how geniuses (& frustrations!) show up in how you work - both in your career & in other areas of life.
